The breakfast here is outstanding. Frank Sheedy is an acclaimed chef and he provides really tasty dishes for the guests.
The morning breakfast consists of a full cold Buffet and an array of gourmet choices from the kitchen, all baked and prepared on site. The ingredients are sourced from local Clare providers.

Nearby

Doolin village is at the heart of the trad and folk music area of County Clare. There is a very lively music scene here all year but especially in Summer.
It is on the edge of The Burren on the Wild Atlantic and is a short drive to The Cliffs of Moher, Lahinch and Ballyvaughan.
